We grow a large variety of herbs. The herbs listed on this
page are part of our regular growing program. Availability
depends upon the success of the crop in the current growing
year. Please call the farm if you are looking for a specific
item and we will let you know if it is in our greenhouse.
We grow
an extensive selection of heirloom tomato plants. Our mesclun salad bowls are ready to
place on your patio. The selection of young greens may be cut
multiple times. Beginning in midsummer, fresh and dried
calendula, oats and nettles will be available. Please contact
the farm for prices and availability.

TOPMOST TEA
A relaxing, aromatic blend of organic spearmint, lemon verbena and
lavender, Topmost Tea is available as a loose tea. Packed in glass
jars for $6 each, the tea may be purchased at the farm, the Coventry
Farmers’ Market, and at
Awakenings Natural
Healing Specialty Store and Cafe. The recipe was originally
developed by herbalist Pamela Quayle.
